Hey there! I’m Chelsea, a holistic health coach specializing in relaxation! I help people go from stressed and anxious, to calm, relaxed, and empowered with mindset work, stress management techniques, and lifestyle guidance.
My approach encompasses understanding where your stress and anxiety stem from and utilizing mindfulness practices to balance your mind and body, and empower you to live a more peaceful, easeful life.
As a holistic health coach, I believe in nourishing not only the body, but the mind and spirit as well. Everything is connected after all! I strive to provide a nurturing and supportive environment as I guide you into creating and maintaining meaningful and lasting change for a healthier, happier YOU!

A Little About Me....
After spending many years crippled by anxiety and feeling burnt out and unmotivated in life, I went on a long journey of healing. I became a yoga instructor, and reiki master, I studied numerous healing modalities, and later returned to school to complete my degree in nutrition. Through these experiences, I created more balance in my life. I learned how important nutrition is for not only your body but also for your mental health, just as yoga and other practices I have studied are. I found a way to combine them all to help others along their journey, and this has become my greatest passion.
My mission is to bring more joy and peace to the lives of those who feel trapped by anxiety, and overwhelmed with stress, and to free them from that burden. To show them how to create more peace in their minds, relaxation in their bodies, and have more zest for life. Seeing others in joy brings me joy, and I am here to spread more of that in this world. 😊
